3 Weeks Down, 1 to Go

As the finish line for Arbonne’s 30 day cleanse is just on the horizon I wanted to share some of my progress along the way as well as what it is that I actually eat on any given day. My hope it to #1 provide some inspo for your own yummy creations and #2 show you how easy it has been to eat clean!  In case you missed my last post, here’s what’s been off the menu for the past 3 weeks: gluten, soy, dairy, caffeine, and alcohol. Completely unrelated, I am also in the middle of my third time doing Dr. Gilbert’s 98 day 7 C challenge from memorial to labor day which means no cookies, cake, candy, chocolate, cola, chips, or complaining. Oh and I’m pescatarian so meat free except for fish and seafood… Simple right?! Right. Stick with me I promise it’s worth it.

So what’s on the menu?

7am 1 Arbonne Digestion Plus Probiotic Pack in a glass of water (I like to use a pitcher of water I keep in the fridge infused with mint from my Aerogarden!)

8am Arbonne Vanilla Protein Shake with Coconut or Almond Milk in the nutribullet (I add either 1 handful of spinach or 1 teaspoon of instant decaf espresso, both equally delicious!)

8:30-9:30am Arbonne Detox Tea (with or without lemon!)

10am Apple or a handful of berries

11am Arbonne Fizz Stick in a bottle of water

12pm 1 can of tuna with diced onion, celery, and a mashed avocado. Scooped up with cucumber slices, celery sticks, or red pepper slices OR over a spinach salad. Plus one piece of fruit or veggie snack (usually berries, an orange or apple, cherries, or carrots).

3pm  Carrots and Humus

4pm  Arbonne Fizz Stick in bottle of water

6pm Arbonne Chocolate Protein Shake with Coconut, Almond Milk or water, plus one spoonful of almond butter (Ahem, homemade almond butter might I add. #domestic Also I’ve been making it in the nutribullet which is not idea SO if you want to buy me a food processor I wouldn’t be mad…just saying.)

8pm Arbonne Detox Tea with a scoop of Arbonne Fiber Boost

And there you have it! That’s what a normal day looks like on Arbonne’s 30 Day Cleanse. In short, it’s two shakes, two fizz sticks, two teas, one digestion plus probiotic, and one fiber boost PLUS one healthy meal and healthy snacks. Other meals I have had include quinoa and black bean stuffed peppers, salmon with sweet potatoes and asparagus or spinach, or if I’m out to eat I’ll usually pick a yummy salad off of the menu topped with shrimp or salmon. Keep in mind I’m a pescaterian so no meat on the menu for me but if you are eating poultry or beef those would be fair game for you!

My greatest take away from the cleanse so far is that I have been AMAZED that I do not miss a single thing that I gave up! No coffee cravings or caffeine headaches thanks to the Arbonne Fizz Sticks. No sugar cravings for ice cream. And I don’t even mind skipping the bread basket at dinner or choosing water with lemon instead of a glass of wine. I am literally shocked that instead of counting down the days wishing for the end to come sooner I am instead trying to brainstorm how to incorporate a similar diet beyond 30 days. Be sure to check back next week when I conclude the cleanse and share my plans moving forward!

If you want to know more, I want to share more. Let’s connect!
