Healthy living is not just about the foods we eat or the number of laps we run around the track. My framework for holistic wellness is simple. It's about the physical, emotional, financial, environmental, spiritual, intellectual, occupational and social factors that contribute to our ability to look and feel our best every day. Simple right? Well maybe not so much. That's why every day I help students, athletes and busy people identify their goals and invest in their future by first learning how to take care of themselves.
