NEW STUDENTS START HERE
We’re so happy you’ve found your way to our studio! Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time, returning after a long break, or are new to Lewisburg our studio is a space to move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself and your community.
We know stepping foot into a new space can be overwhelming. That's why we've created a step-by-step guide of what to expect and what to bring to make sure your time in-studio feels more like coming home than going somewhere new.

WHAT TO EXPECT
All of our classes are open-level, meaning you’ll be guided through options that meet you right where you are. However, if you’re brand new to yoga, we recommend starting with one of our Beginner classes. These offer smaller group sizes, a brief studio orientation, and more personalized attention to help you build a strong foundation for your practice.

WHAT TO WEAR
Come as you are, no need to buy a new outfit. Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for movement and floor seating — leggings, joggers, or shorts and a fitted top all work great.
You’ll practice barefoot, so no special shoes are needed.

WHAT TO BRING
You can support your practice by bringing along a yoga mat and water bottle. Warning: yoga can lead to "a-ha" moments, you may wish to keep a journal or notebook nearby.
Water, tea, and cups are always available in our space and mats are available to borrow at no extra fee on a first come, first served basis.

Our 900 sq. foot studio is located at 15 N. 5th Street in Downtown Lewisburg, PA — just steps away from Market Street. At its fullest capacity, we can accommodate about 18 students for class.
Ample metered and unmetered parking spots are available along 5th street and surrounding roads. We share a lot with the Mifflinburg Bank & Trust which can be used only when the bank is closed.
Our physical space is accessible via ramp with a spacious bathroom facility and private office space should you need to use it.

HOW TO SIGN UP
The majority of our students register and pay for their classes ahead of time online. This helps you schedule classes into the rest of your busy week and it helps our teachers plan for your arrival.
Simply choose your class, create an account (if you haven’t already), and reserve your spot. Students can choose to purchase their class as a one-time drop in or choose from any of our pricing plan or membership options.
Walk-ins are also welcome as space allows. If new to the studio and walking-in without registering, please give yourself at least 15 extra minutes to arrive and get settled in.
