About the event
Storytelling is an ancient practice for preserving wisdom, culture, and spiritual insights. During this workshop you’ll explore yogic history and philosophy through the story of Shiva (awareness) and Shakti (energy) while embodying the story in your physical practice.
Led by Ayesha, this workshop presents a unique blend of storytelling, asanas (yoga poses), and mudras (hand gestures).
The workshop aims to foster a deeper understanding of yogic teachings while exploring themes of devotion, transformation, resilience, balance, boundaries, inner power, surrender, and renewal.
This workshop is suitable for beginners and seasoned yogis alike.
