Join us this holiday season for a special winter solstice sound bath with Shamokin-native musician and traveling sound therapist, James Lamar.

The winter solstice marks the longest night of the year, but it also signifies the return of the sun. During this time, we are invited into deep introspection, stillness, and the shadow work we often avoid. James will bring both holiday cheer and an opportunity to meet the darkness with open hearts.
