Virtual Pop Up: Goal Setting + Energetic Alignment

The New Year's Eve we are feeling called to return to our roots where the happy + healthy vision was born, a virtual community coming together through guided meditation and distance energy work.

With lots of opportunity for intention setting, this session offers a different approach. Together we will get specific creating measurable, actionable anc achievable goals for the new year that support our health + happiness in tangible ways.

Through guided meditation and distance reiki participants will have the opportunity to reflect on the past year and cast a vision for the future before carving out the steps to get there.

Participants in this pay-what-you-wish session will be invited to continue our work together through 1:1 and small group energetic support in the new year.
