Sound Bath

Join James Lamar to experience the soothing sound vibrations of 13 crystal quartz singing bowls, 10 Himalayan singing bowls, a gong, and chimes while laying in savasana.

Participants will be invited to let go, relax, connect with their breath, and clear the mind to make room for divine inspiration, emotions and/or traumas to surface for the sake of healing, and find true rest to activate our body’s natural healing systems.

Personal comfort items such as warm comfortable clothes, socks, blankets and eye pillows, are strongly suggested for an evening of deep relaxation.
