This practice serves as a moving meditation—an opportunity to connect breath, body, mind, and spirit while cultivating gratitude, mindfulness, and renewal. You’re invited to participate in the challenge to whatever extent feels right for you; complete all 108 salutations or move through just a portion, honoring your body’s rhythm and needs.

Through repetition and flow, find stillness in motion, release stagnant energy and emotions that no longer serve, and open space for clarity, vitality, and new beginnings. Together, we’ll honor the Solstice as a time for reflection, rebirth, and the return of light.
