This 60 minute workshop is the perfect opportunity for you to dip your toe into the pool of energy healing. Join me for a guided meditation, brief history of reiki and introduction to energy. Afterwards you will have the opportunity to take a turn on the table to experience both sending and receiving reiki for yourself! No prior experience necessary and seasoned practicioners area always welcome here.Â
