Color Your Year with Intention

Join Alesia Edelman, for her signature workshop: Color Uour Year with intention. For its third year, this workshop will introduce students to the energetic centers of the body, the Chakras, the qualities they contribute to our well-being, and the colors associated with each Chakra. 

Students will participate in a 30-minute yoga session, followed by an introduction to the

chakras, a meditation, and journaling on their intention for the new year.  For students joining

us who attended prior year’s workshop, there will be an opportunity to reflect on your year and how your intention, and color, guided you throughout the year.
