Color Your Year with Intention

Led by Alesia Edelman, this workshop introduces students to the energetic centers of the body, the Chakras, the

qualities they contribute to our well-being, and the colors associated with each Chakra. 

Students will participate in a 30-minute yoga session, followed by an introduction to the

chakras, a meditation, and journaling on their intention for the new year.  For students joining

us who attended last year’s workshop, there will be an opportunity to reflect on your year and

how your intention, and color, guided you throughout the year.
