Color your New Year with Intention

This dynamic and energetic workshop led by Alesia Edelman will include an introduction to the energetic centers of the body, called Chakras, the qualities they contribute to our well-being, and the colors associated with each.  Students will participate in a 30-minute yoga session, followed by an introduction to the chakras, a meditation, and journaling on their intention for the new year.  Students will be encouraged to explore ways they can use the color associated with their intention to develop that intention throughout the year.
