Women's Circle

Since ancient times, Women's Circles have taken many forms to hold space for healing, sharing, supporting, connecting and creating. We are excited to introduce our first Women's Circle to the Happy & Healthy community!

In sticking with tradition, participants are encouraged to commit to monthly attendance at the circle, although we understand that life happens and might pull you elsewhere. If you need to step away from the circle you are free to do so without judgement. While the intention is consistency in attendance, please know that you are welcome to join us for just one session to see what it's all about and explore how the circle feels in your body and life at this moment in time!

This circle is free of cost, in the literal sense, though we ask participants to consider in what energetic ways they might make a contribution to our monthly gatherings. Some examples include, but are not limited to: tea, treats, flowers, talents or skills, book donations for our community library, time, or other resources. We encourage you to think outside the box! Please know that the best contribution you can make is by bringing your truest self and holding space for others during the our circle together.

The circle is self-governed by it's members but is brought to you by the leadership and divine wisdom of Hannah Johnson, one of the beloved yoga teachers and space holders on the happy & healthy studio team.

*Please consider before joining: the circle is a place of loving-kindness and non-judgement. What's shared in the circle is presumed confidential unless otherwise stated. The circle is not therapuetic in nature nor a substitute for individual or group mental health counseling, though it may be used in alignment or alongside other holistic wellness practices such as these.
