About the event
Join Hannah to learn about the power and healing properties of plants, herbs and tea. Just as the sun warms our bodies, so does the heart as our center for circulation, nourishment and defense. With those themes in mind, this tea ceremony will focus on the health of the respiratory system and the emotions associated with the breath. Participants will be guided in meditation to nourish and honor big feelings with time to journal and share in circle if desired.
Participants will leave with their very own blend of herbal tea!
