Sound Bath Meditation and Mantra Chanting

Sound healing, or sound bath meditations, are just one way that we invite you to connect with your body and mind. In this 60 minute sound bath meditation and mantra workshop with Hadas Green, RYT 200, IY 300 you will expeirence the therapeutic and deeply restorative vibrations of Himalayan singing bowls, reduce stress and promote relaxation.  

This event will begin with a relaxing sound bath of Himalayan Singing Bowls and end with breath work and a mantra meditation.
