Sound Bath and Restorative Yoga

Join Hadas Green to a gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative mind and body experience. 

This 90 minute session will include a gentle restorative yoga practice followed by a deep relaxing sound bath of Himalayan singing bowls, to unwind and draw inward.

Personal comfort items such as warm comfortable clothes, socks, blankets and eye pillows, are strongly suggested for an evening of deep relaxation.
