Join Hadas Green to a gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative mind and body experience.
This 90 minute session will include a gentle movement followed by a deep relaxing sound bath of Himalayan singing bowls infused with Reiki healing energy. Through a guided meditation participants will be invited to connect deeply with their soul.
Personal comfort items such as warm comfortable clothes, socks, blankets and eye pillows, are strongly suggested for an evening of deep relaxation.
