This time, she’s bringing a mind and body experience through sound bath and energy work where participants and release stress & increase positive energy with gentle movement, and breathwork. Our workshop opens with a meditative flow that combines yoga with Qigong to move energy, cultivate Prana (life force energy) in your body.
