About the event
In this four part workshop, Tasha and Shannon will hold space for new mothers and soon-to-be mothers in their postpartum journeys.
This workshop empowers mothers to navigate this transitional time in mind body and spirit through meditation, check-ins, mindful movement practices, herbalism, and more.
Your registration includes participation in each of the four 90 minute Saturday sessions:
