About the event
Bring balance to your mind and body at this one of a kind wellness experience hosted by One Health & Wellness and the Happy & Healthy Wellness Studio.
First you'll harness the energy of the sun to build some heat in a 20 minute yoga flow.
After warming up the body you'll calm the mind through guided breath work and meditation.
Finally you'll have the opportunity to make a splash by plunging into one our ice baths to discover your inner power.
During our time together you’ll learn about the how yoga, mindfulness, and cold therapy can impact your overall wellness to help you live your happiest and healthiest life.
This event will be hosted at the Lewisburg Community Garden located on North Water Street.
You can make the most our time together by bringing with you a towel, yoga mat, and wearing clothes (or a swimsuit) that can get wet!
Plunge with us three times this summer: June 18th, July 9th and August 13th - join us one time for $35 or book all three dates for $75.
