Hip, hip, hooray - Renee is here today!

Sorry for being cheesy…but of our favorite things about the yoga community (and our sweet little town of Lewisburg) is that it keeps people coming back. Whether you’ve been gone for a day, a month, or a year — the studio will always be there to welcome you back with open arms, full hearts (and tummies).

With that in mind, you’re invited to join Renee for pizza at the Happy & Healthy Wellness Studio on Friday Aug. 8 from 5-7pm. Drop in for a quick hug or grab a slice while you catch up with a dear friend.
