They say money makes the world go 'round but at what cost?

In this 90 minute workshop we will explore the energetic properties of money and our relationship with it, answering questions like: Why does treating myself feel hard? Is my spending in alignment with my core values? And why does talking about money feel so uncomfortable?

Through guided meditation, journaling, gratitude, reiki and reflection we will explore our beliefs, identify blocks and practice new strategies for manifesting abundance in all areas of our lives. 

With money in mind this has been designed as a pay-what-you-wish workshop which means you are free to choose the workshop fee that feels in alignment for you.
