Full Moon Circle: Parental Wounds

During the circle we will gather as a community, showing up for ourselves and each other, to be heard, witnessed, and held as we explore our relationships with parental figures. Together we may begin to identify and heal past wounds, meet and nurture our inner child with compassion.

Participants will enter a sacred space to meditate, journal, share in small groups, cry, laugh, maybe even dance. There will be candles and flowers, bolsters and blankets, water and tea. Feel free to bring a journal, pen, and mug.

This pay what you wish circle will be held once a month close to the full moon - allowing you to drop in when your schedule permits.
