We’ll begin by grounding into the body through somatic practice, creating space to actually arrive. From there, we’ll pull a collective oracle card for the room and follow what unfolds honestly and intuitively, without forcing.

You’ll then pull your own oracle card, sit with its message, and move it through your body so it doesn’t just stay stuck in your thoughts.

You’ll leave with a written prescription: your word, your next step, something that is truly yours.
