Birth Story Share

In this thoughtfully designed workshop, community building and guided meditation will set the stage for an evening of storytelling. Mothers of all ages and stages will be invited to tell their stories in the safe container of the studio. Together we will find strength, support, healing, and inspiration in each others tales. This space will be led by yogi and mama, Shannon Bates. 

In order to make this space accessible as possible to as many people as possible, this is a pay what you wish workshop. Simply choose the ticket price that feels in alignment as a contribution to our studio community and facilitator.
