Advanced Asana: Intro to Handstand

In our Advanced Asana series you’ll be invited to walk through the preparation for peak poses in your yoga practice. Through drills, strengthening exercises, alignment queues and plenty of time to play you’ll have the opportunity to challenge your body and mind.

Yogis of all experience levels will find a balance of challenge and support in this series.

This summer our Advanced Asana series will be co-taught by Becca and Krista and includes:

Intro to Headstand - Thurs. July 11 at 7pm

Intro to Handstand - Thurs. July 25 at 7pm

Intro to Heart Openers - Thurs. Aug. 8 at 7pm
